Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Inspection Centers (Lot Attendant).
  • •Inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles and identify imperfections/defects (Inspection Associate).
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in Carvana spinners (Photobooth Associate).
  • •Work second shift and be able to complete mandatory overtime based on business need.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
