DDP Customer Engineer I

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues, performing preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided). Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers for guidance and coordinate customer communication to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
