Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance on application and integration capabilities for the NESD Helix engineering team.
  • •Gather requirements and deliver presentations/demos; write requirements, design documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
  • •Develop workflows, integrations, and data import files in Developer Studio/Innovation Studio and build REST API/WebService/LDAP integrations with external systems.
  • •Manage incidents and service-level delivery by creating follow-on change requests and Jira stories for changes; coordinate change requests and maintain the production environment.
  • •Execute sprint planning and milestones, forecast work products/deadlines, minimize technical debt, and participate in on-call rotation and agile ceremonies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience.
  • •US citizenship required.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance.
  • •BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate BMC Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience, including familiarity with 23.x+ Helix applications and Remedy/Helix process flows.
  • •Experience with REST API or web services (and/or Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM) to build/maintain interfaces or migrate data.
