Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead must-win Federal civilian pursuits from capture through interview stage, managing schedules, templates, content plans, and compliance deliverables.
  • •Provide leadership and ownership of proposal writing and editing, including executive summaries and non-technical sections tailored to evaluation criteria.
  • •Manage Go/No-Go, capture strategy, win positioning, and compliance with delegation of authority guidelines.
  • •Run color team reviews and quality reviews, apply lessons learned, and manage proposal/presentation revision implementation.
  • •Allocate team workload, drive performance for compliant deliverables, and mentor junior/mid-level proposal staff while supporting special projects and process improvements (including AI integration).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
  • •Knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with an emphasis on U.S. Federal clients and pursuits.
  • •Proven success leading complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals valued at more than $20 million.
  • •Strong writing/editing and proposal best practices, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
