Job Summary

Build and operate scalable full-stack and platform capabilities in Salesforce and beyond, while advancing an AI-native SDLC. You’ll write production-quality Apex and Lightning Web Components, develop integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and ETL, and design reusable patterns that accelerate engineering velocity. Partner with cross-functional teams, lead architecture and code reviews, and mentor engineers while maintaining CI/CD pipelines and production environments on AWS and other cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

•Advance the AI-SDLC methodology by using AI chat and coding tools throughout design, build, test, and ship, and establish patterns and guardrails for safe AI-assisted development.
•Build reusable Salesforce platform capabilities (Apex and LWC libraries, custom metadata frameworks, and CPQ configuration patterns) that reduce duplication and accelerate velocity.
•Develop and integrate AI tooling with systems and data by building and maintaining Claude plugins and MCP servers connected to team workflows.
•Conduct architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and code reviews across Apex, LWC, Flow, and CPQ; investigate and resolve bugs and production issues autonomously.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and environments, including automated testing, schema validation, deployment automation, and support for sandbox and production releases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 147,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 5 years focused on the Salesforce platform in complex, multi-cloud enterprise environments.
•Advanced programming skills in Apex and SOQL/SOSL, plus competence in Lightning Web Components and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
•Experience with MuleSoft Integration Platform and DataWeave, and proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs.
•Experience with AWS and cloud development, including DevOps/CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Gearset, GitHub).
•Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer certifications, or equivalent Salesforce certifications mentioned in the eligibility requirements.
