  • •Lead workstreams/projects for multi-year strategy development and assessments of significant opportunities (including potential acquisitions) and threats.
  • •Manage day-to-day project/workstream activities to meet milestones and timelines.
  • •Structure and solve business problems with internal stakeholders; organize and prioritize information to enable efficient decision-making and build actionable recommendations.
  • •Design and manage planning activities, including annual strategy development and OKR formulation, plus performance/resource allocation checkpoints and related reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • •3+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy (preferred).
  • •Extensive experience in Payments and Financial Services (preferred).
  • •Advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
