Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage the committee governance system across RTA, including policies, models, and mechanisms per senior leadership directions.
  • •Coordinate with concerned units to apply the committee system across the organization and provide status inputs.
  • •Prepare and review draft administrative decisions for alignment with legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • •Compile data and materials for studies on committees/teams and structures with agencies and sectors to address management directions and work requirements.
  • •Prepare structured study summaries and attachments for submission to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration or Business Administration
  • •3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree
  • •Certified Governance Professional (CGP) required
  • •Experience coordinating governance committees or similar structures
  • •Ability to prepare administrative decisions and track implementation across regulatory frameworks
