Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage engineers: mentor team members, remove roadblocks, and hold teams accountable for commitments.
  • •Design and lead implementation of AI/data/cloud data warehouse solutions; participate in architecture reviews with developers.
  • •Build data engineering capabilities: connect and automate pipelines, process data from multiple sources, and deliver data products.
  • •Drive data lifecycle improvements to eliminate/minimize technical debt through well-designed data models and governance.
  • •Partner across functions and operations: resolve operational escalations, ensure AI solutions recover from failures, and support production delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree and above in Computer Science or related fields such as Information Engineering/Information Management/Data engineering/Applied Mathematics.
  • •5+ years of experience working/leading with Big Data solutions development.
  • •Strong ETL experience using tools such as NiFi, Informatica, SSIS, and Spark.
  • •Strong relational database development skills (e.g., MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • •Proficiency with Python, Java, shell, and SQL, plus cloud experience with GCP, AWS, and Snowflake.
