Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the daily operations of two teams covering local service parts sourcing/purchasing and PO receipt/invoice reconciliation.
  • •Direct the field purchasing team to execute timely, cost-conscious procurement while balancing service, cost, and inventory investment.
  • •Manage Materials Operations Analysts to handle receipts/payables support, GRNI-related activities, and resolution of PO and invoice discrepancies.
  • •Monitor and improve KPIs including quote turnaround time, service parts availability, reconciliation cycle time, aging GRNI, process compliance, and team productivity.
  • •Partner across Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, retail planning, and field operations; lead Lean continuous improvement, standard work, and process discipline.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience required.
  • •5+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, materials planning, retail operations, or a related function.
  • •3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or team management experience preferred.
  • •Experience in operations, inventory management, and MRP/ERP systems, plus Lean or Operational Excellence preferred.
  • •Experience with purchase orders, receipts, invoice reconciliation, GRNI, accounts payable, accounting, or finance-related processes preferred.
