Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard/training support for the Venue Sustainability Supervisor and assist with crew training and oversight.
  • •Be onsite during pre-season venue setup to ensure zero waste operational procedures are in place.
  • •Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Work show days and non-show days (weekdays/weekends) to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
  • •Oversee sorting processes and support Front of House and Back of House zero-waste initiatives; maintain clean sorting areas and assist with Post-Show Pick.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.6 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to spend about 90% of show-day time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs, with about 75% sorting materials.
  • •Not afraid to get dirty or work around unpleasant odors.
  • •Ability to work outside in variable weather.
  • •Strong time management and willingness to work late hours.
  • •Experience in events/zero waste events is a plus.
