Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply asphalt on highways, private roadways, parking lots, and driveways using roller equipment.
  • •Coordinate with other crewmembers to pave roadways and complete daily schedules/estimates per plan specifications.
  • •Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and company safety policy requirements for safe working procedures.
  • •Operate equipment and perform physical tasks needed for heavy highway construction, including working in extreme temperatures.
  • •Use and maintain required PPE and follow traffic control crew instructions.
