Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes in the store
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps to the General Manager
  • •Champion visual standards using business performance data and support sell-through through accurate inventory counts
  • •Coordinate labor hours and build schedules aligned to business strategy, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, development, recruitment, and succession planning
