Sr. Operations Manager - Citizens House of Blues

Lead day-to-day facility operations for a House of Blues venue in Boston, partnering with market leadership to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming event experiences. Recruit, train, appraise, coach, and discipline team members while enforcing venue workplace standards. Oversee guest fulfillment, revenue-center programming, and special events execution. Manage budgets, quarterly operating plans, cost controls, and revenue goals in collaboration with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
