Job Summary

Manage OT/ICS cybersecurity and automation projects and day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with ENOC automation and cyber security policies. Implement and maintain security solutions across industrial control systems, including firewalls, IPS, patching, secure remote access, and endpoint security. Support cybersecurity assessments, review IT/OT network architecture against PERA/ISA models, conduct OT asset inventories, and participate in security incident response and mitigation planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Enforce site compliance with ENOC cybersecurity controls, policies, and procedures for OT/ICS installations.
•Develop, implement, operate, and maintain OT ICS security solutions including firewalls, IPS, patching, secure remote access, and endpoint security.
•Conduct OT/ICS asset inventory, delegating control, ownership, and authentication of OT/ICS assets to the associated asset owner.
•Review and improve IT/OT network design and architecture using PERA and the ISA Reference Model across business units.
•Support OT security assessments and incident response, including participating in SIRT, reviewing engineering submittals, and coordinating risk mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in industrial control systems and cybersecurity, preferably in oil & gas, energy, aviation, or critical infrastructure.
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, information systems, or industrial cybersecurity).
•Advanced knowledge of automation and safety standards such as IEC 61131, IEC 61508/IEC 61511, SIL, and ATEX, plus ISA standards.
•Extensive knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., HART, TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, S7, OPC/OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, BACnet, Profibus, PROFINET).
•Experience with OT security tools (e.g., Darktrace, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Claroty) and cybersecurity assessment and control implementation methodologies.
