•Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements and ensure store-level execution aligns with regional goals.
•Track SIS-level KPIs and support staff to achieve sales targets through quality service and selling skills.
•Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are implemented consistently across all SIS and coordinate seasonal updates and product launches.
•Assist SIS in stock replenishment, stock counts, shrinkage control, and report discrepancies to management.
•Conduct on-floor training for new and existing Retail Associates and provide performance coaching.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years in retail operations
•Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage
•Field-based role, requires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores
•Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons
•Graduate (Preferred: Business, Retail, Marketing)
