Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements and ensure store-level execution aligns with regional goals.
  • •Track SIS-level KPIs and support staff to achieve sales targets through quality service and selling skills.
  • •Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are implemented consistently across all SIS and coordinate seasonal updates and product launches.
  • •Assist SIS in stock replenishment, stock counts, shrinkage control, and report discrepancies to management.
  • •Conduct on-floor training for new and existing Retail Associates and provide performance coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years in retail operations
  • •Experience handling multi-store/SIS/LFR or supervisory retail roles is an advantage
