Key Responsibilities

  • •Establishing the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects.
  • •Risk identification and management.
  • •Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
  • •Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
  • •Advising upon the procurement of contractors and consultants.
  • •Co-ordinating with the overall cross-functional project team.
  • •Managing the change control process.
  • •Monitoring and advising upon project finances.
  • •Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • •Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly.
  • •Able to manage full cycle project delivery of technical building services projects (ie, HVAC, Electrification, Chillers, Electrical/Mechanical etc) from the feasibility to delivery and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management, or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (Builder, Contract administration, Electrical, HVAC, Security, BMS, Fire, Hydraulic, etc).
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management who can deliver projects autonomously with senior support
