Job Summary

Deliver an excellent customer experience while driving in-store sales for beauty products. Engage customers with product knowledge, recommend items based on preferences, and use suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV). Maintain strong stock and merchandise standards, support planogram and pricing updates, prepare promotions, and ensure accurate execution of retail operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Enhance customer experience and drive store sales by engaging customers with knowledgeable product recommendations.
•Assist customers with product selection and handle customer queries and needs efficiently and friendly.
•Resolve customer complaints according to customer service standards within scope of control.
•Manage stock and merchandise by monitoring availability, updating shelf-life reports, and ensuring timely replenishment and correct shelf/tag pricing.
•Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, preparing promotions, and ensuring timely execution of retail operating standards and planogram implementations.

•Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing products based on brand, variant, and color preferences.

•Perform retail operations including promotions setup, cleanliness standards, and execution of operating standards and planogram implementations.
