Key Responsibilities

  • •Team Leadership: Manage a team of Application Engineers engaged in validating AMD GPU products within AI server platforms, supporting ODM factory operations, and enabling customer deployments.
  • •Issue Resolution: Oversee the triage, debugging, and resolution of customer issues, ensuring timely coordination with internal engineering and product teams.
  • •Escalation Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer engineering challenges, driving resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • •Technical Guidance: Advise Customers and ODM partners on AMD tools, validation methodologies, and interpretation of test results.
  • •Manufacturing Enablement: Collaborate with ODM factory teams to develop manufacturing scripts and test programs that ensure reliability at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
  • •Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in data center or GPU-focused environments
  • •Deep understanding of AMD GPU architecture, ROCm software stack, and performance optimization strategies
  • •Proven experience supporting large-scale deployments in Cloud or HPC settings
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive teams
