Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Logistics and Procurement leaders to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and translate operational challenges into technical requirements and solutions.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex analytics, AI, automation, and data engineering initiatives from requirements through design, implementation, adoption, and value realization.
  • •Design and guide scalable solution architecture—including reusable patterns for pipelines, models, integrations, analytics applications, AI capabilities, and automated workflows.
  • •Develop and operationalize AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, automate processes, identify exceptions, and surface actionable insights.
  • •Collaborate with IT and enterprise teams on architecture, infrastructure, security, integration, governance, and production deployment; measure adoption, impact, value, and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master’s strongly preferred).
  • •Seven years+ of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, AI, automation, software development, or analytics management, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • •Experience designing and delivering complex, production-ready data/technology solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience applying technology in logistics, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or other operational environments.
  • •Strong technical depth in modern data engineering and architecture, including data pipelines, modeling, orchestration, integrations, cloud data environments, scalable solution design, and scripting/software development.
  • •Strong understanding of modern AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to operationalize practical business solutions.
