Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage operational procurement for multiple suppliers and the sourcing lead.
  • •Prepare and oversee supplier negotiations (tactics, spend base analysis, scripts/dry-runs) and coordinate stakeholders for contract details.
  • •Operate day-to-day supplier contact, including owning supplier meeting agendas and tracking communications for transparency.
  • •Drive cost down and cost-efficiency through operational execution while ensuring timely material availability within constraints.
  • •Build sustainable relationships and support issue-solving and development needs; translate business and improvement requirements to suppliers; report on performance and planning.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing or a related commercial role, ideally in a technology-intensive industry.
  • •A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Finance.
  • •Experience with R2P, price negotiation, and TCO.
  • •Experience with supplier relationship management, supplier contracting, and supply chain processes.
  • •Affinity/experience with new product introduction and commercial procurement activities; strong planning, alignment, and accountability skills.
