Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, catching errors before or as they occur.
  • •Investigate first-line incidents, understand root causes, and follow approved procedures for request fulfilment.
  • •Handle tickets via telephonic support, ITSM tickets, or chat support; execute maintenance such as patching and configuration changes.
  • •Ensure smooth shift handovers and escalate incidents and requests when necessary.
  • •Identify optimization opportunities through automation, incident reduction, and process improvements, and update knowledge articles.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches.
  • •Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • •Highly disciplined handling of daily tickets following defined SOPs.
  • •Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes for incident/request handling.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
