Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Okta OIE solutions, including SSO, MFA, adaptive access policies, and lifecycle management.
  • •Design and deploy joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle automation, SCIM provisioning, HR-driven identity workflows, and directory integrations.
  • •Use Okta Workflows to build custom integrations, automating account reconciliation and event-driven onboarding/offboarding sequences.
  • •Architect federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, and build Auth0 solutions for B2C/B2B/B2B2C (Universal Login, Actions, Organizations, custom database connections).
  • •Own assigned engagements independently end-to-end, including workshops, solution design, documentation (design docs/runbooks/diagrams), closeout, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •7+ years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
  • •4+ years of direct implementation experience with Okta OIE (Workforce Identity Cloud).
  • •Full proficiency in Okta Workflows, including connector development, error handling, and API-driven automations.
  • •Strong federation and Access Management expertise using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, plus Auth0 implementation experience.
