Identify expansion signals, enable complex opportunities through problem statements, clarify pricing/scope/delivery implications, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and GTM Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop expansion signals through direct customer engagement.
•Recognize patterns in buying behavior and use cases that suggest broader APJ market opportunities.
•Partner with GTM product management to ensure APJ customer needs, adoption blockers, and market signals are accurately captured.
•Translate customer asks into clear problem statements and ensure pricing, scope, and delivery implications are explicit before commitments are made.
•Close the loop on customer feedback by driving day-to-day cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and GTM Product.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with meaningful time in cloud, compute, or adjacent infrastructure domains.
•Experience identifying expansion signals through direct customer engagement.
•Ability to recognize buying behavior and use-case patterns that indicate broader market opportunities in APJ.
•Capability to translate large, complex, or custom customer asks into clear problem statements and actionable input for GTM product management.
•Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, and GTM Product, including incorporation of customer feedback and objections.
