Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are reliable, performant, and central to driving revenue.
  • •Drive the agent development life cycle (ADLC), from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
  • •Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and integrate agent capabilities into their stack.
  • •Build and evolve the AI agent platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools/features, and collaborating with research and product.
  • •Experiment with agent architectures and integrate voice/LLM capabilities at scale for enterprise-grade customers.
