Job Summary

Serve as an independent contributor on the EMEA Commercial Legal Team, supporting complex SaaS negotiations and drafting/negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, SaaS Agreements, DPAs, SLAs, and partner agreements). Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success across the product lifecycle and growth roadmap. Apply expertise in indemnification, limitation of liability, IP, security, AI, and privacy, and help build AI-enabled templates, playbooks, and training for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an independent contributor on the EMEA Commercial Legal Team for complex SaaS negotiations.
•Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, SaaS Agreements, Order Forms, DPAs, SLAs, and Partner Agreements.
•Partner with Product Managers, designers, and developers to provide legal guidance across the product lifecycle.
•Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build trust and synergies critical to growth.
•Develop templates/playbooks/processes using AI and provide training on contractual processes and compliance.

•In-depth understanding of licensing, data and privacy law, and current SaaS standards.
