Restaurant Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and efficient execution. Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team by supervising, coaching, and training attendants while managing rostering, workflow, and service standards. Collaborate with the kitchen during service, maintain RSA, hygiene, and workplace health & safety compliance, and support stock control, ordering, and reporting.
