Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Move dynamically around the retail floor to assess and fulfill business and guest needs, and resolve client needs quickly

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
