Assembly

As an Assembly team member in a plant, you’ll build parts and sub-assemblies within defined work cells, meeting takt-time targets and following standardized methods. You’ll use hand and power tools, perform quality checks and tests, and support continuous improvement through problem solving, 5-S, and lean activities. The role also includes operating material-handling equipment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep the production line supplied.
