Production Supervisor-3rd shift

Supervise overall team performance on the 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, cost, time, and production output. Oversee materials usage to keep production flowing smoothly and support plant programs by identifying process-improvement opportunities. Collaborate across operations, quality, HR, finance, materials, engineering, and continuous improvement teams, and communicate goals and initiatives to leadership and employees while coaching and developing associates.
