Job Summary

A high-energy, technical-focused customer advisor who manages a portfolio of customer onboarding engagements for the Docusign platform. You’ll enable adoption, identify new use cases, optimize workflows, and guide customers beyond fundamentals, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales and Product Management to deliver measurable business outcomes and time-to-value for North America and LatAm.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a best-in-class customer onboarding experience to accelerate time to first value and provide guidance on best practices for the customer’s use case.
•Drive onboarding from kick-off to project completion, ensuring scope, on-time delivery, and defined outcomes.
•Discover customer needs and tailor solutions using the Docusign platform to increase value and expand the customer’s product portfolio.
•Manage a high volume of projects with effective time management and cross-functional collaboration (Support, Sales, Product) and provide status updates.
•Guide customers to be self-reliant post-implementation and mitigate risks to accelerate time to live.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of customer service experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
•Business-level proficiency in English; fluent or native in Portuguese and Spanish
•Experience in a customer-facing, advisory, support or consulting delivery role
•Experience with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce) and coordinating multiple projects
•Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
