Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and manage procurement of project materials, equipment, and services in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee procurement activities per project schedules, specifications, and budgets, and implement the Project Procurement Execution Strategy.
  • •Manage the Project Procurement group to run RFQs, conduct commercial evaluations, and support PO award.
  • •Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders (Engineering, QC, Legal, Accounts Payable) to resolve commercial terms, T&Cs, and payment issues.
  • •Supervise, train, and coordinate buyers and supporting staff; conduct performance reviews and provide procurement reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or relevant discipline); or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •8-12 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • •Professional procurement qualification.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (preferably intermediate MS Excel), plus experience with SQL and Power BI/Tableau or similar dashboarding.
