Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with all safety requirements and participate in safety activities to ensure zero safety violations.
  • •Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment used during daily production.
  • •Perform changeovers and disassemble, assemble, and clean machinery as needed.
  • •Execute daily production run schedules, resolve quality issues, and report unresolved issues immediately.
  • •Document operating parameters, run standard QC tests, and perform applicable maintenance tasks (PMs, troubleshoot, repair).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing, with mechanical inclination preferred.
  • •Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. at time of application.
  • •Available to work overtime or weekends on short notice as needed.
  • •Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and communicate in English.
  • •Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
