Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet trailers and secondary Class 8 diesel truck maintenance.
•Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment safe and reliable.
•Complete brake, suspension, lighting, and structural repairs on trailers.
•Conduct FHWA/DOT inspections and ensure regulatory compliance while troubleshooting failures.
•Complete welding/fabrication work as needed, maintain service records, and keep tools and equipment in working condition.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in trailer, diesel, or heavy equipment maintenance.
•Strong knowledge of trailer systems including brakes, suspension, and electrical.
•Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on trailers and fleet equipment.
•Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
•Experience with DOT/FHWA inspections preferred; valid driver’s license required.
