Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
  • •Own engineering delivery for major product areas, shipping quickly while maintaining reliability and technical quality.
  • •Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution.
  • •Drive technical architecture and engineering standards across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
  • •Monitor production outcomes post-release by resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and preventing repeat issues; develop engineers through feedback and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and shipping real production systems.
  • •Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
  • •Strong technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
