Quality Assurance Coordinator - ADESA Framingham

Oversee the Detail Shop “First Time Right” quality process for vehicle reconditioning, inspecting work, coaching detailers, and ensuring procedures are followed. Serve as the first point of contact for the detail line, log vehicle information into computer systems, and photograph/stage vehicles to quality standards. Assist on the detail line as needed while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop and reporting incidents and equipment issues to management.
