Job Summary

Assist Maintenance, Quality, and Production with setup, profiling, and start-up of new and existing bottles. Troubleshoot bottle profile issues, lead changeover and preventative maintenance for process control, and maintain BIC documentation in the Facilities Management System. Partner with quality teams to use statistical process control data to drive improvements, support reoccurring defect resolution, and deliver technical training and 5S practices for blow molding operations.

•Assist Maintenance, Quality, and Production with setup, profiling, and start-up of new and existing bottles.
•Troubleshoot existing profile-related bottle problems and support profiling of existing bottles from BICs.
•Perform and lead changeover, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for process control activities.
•Maintain BIC documentation (including Facilities Management System) and verify setup using mechanical setup sheets.
•Develop and conduct technical training and maintain 5S practices in the tooling and work area.

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of experience in blow molding, preferably processing PET materials.
•Working knowledge of blow molded PET heatset container processing.
•Strong machine/mechanical knowledge with experience in profiling blow molded bottles.
•Experience with Sidel machines is required; Krones machine experience is helpful.
•Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including call-ins and weekends as needed to support changeovers and start-ups.
