Job Summary

Ensure trust and safety policies are enforced accurately at scale by running analytical audits of human moderation and tracking accuracy, root cause analysis (RCA), and appeal success targets. Identify recurring quality issues, validate “golden sets,” and interpret policies for complex, high-risk cases. Lead calibration across moderation teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and support training rollouts while producing weekly/monthly QA reports using AI and QA dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and meet audit targets.
•Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and translate findings into actionable feedback for Operations teams.
•Serve as an authority for policy interpretation and expert judgment on complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, validating benchmark “golden sets.”
•Lead calibration sessions across moderation teams and coordinate policy cascading so new policies and guidelines are communicated and implemented.
•Leverage AI and QA tools to produce weekly/monthly reports on market accuracy, error trends, and policy gaps, and lead/support training rollouts.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety or high-volume operational environment.
•Strong ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify recurring quality issues, and suggest process optimizations to reduce error rates.
•Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs, with judgment for complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent cross-functional communication, including leading calibration sessions and delivering training to align teams on global quality goals.
•Fluency in data visualization/reporting and experience using QA/calibration tools, with ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows.
