•Support build-out and optimization of operating models, including program management and organization design.
•Contribute to supply chain management, production optimization, and procurement projects for industrial clients.
•Apply AI-based solutions and data competence to complex industrial questions and transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Engineering-related degree with outstanding academic performance, preferably with a PhD.
•First or multiple years of professional experience in technical and/or commercial roles in the manufacturing industry, in in-house consulting, and/or in strategy consulting.
•Interest in aerospace, machinery and plant construction, production technology, metallurgy, applied information technology, and digital transformation in capital goods.
•Strong analytical skills plus strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with teamwork orientation.
•International experience and very good German and English skills; interest in AI-based solutions and data competence.
