Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the investment planning lead and lead for investment and insurance products on the Wealth Management Team.
  • •Facilitate delivery of portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory, and insurance capabilities.
  • •Partner with the team to understand clients’ goals and objectives and construct appropriate goals-based investment portfolios.
  • •Advise clients using U.S. Bank Asset Management Group or U.S. Bancorp Investment open architecture to deliver economic/market views and portfolio construction.
  • •Support manager/fund/security research and due diligence to tailor investment management and insurance services to each client’s situation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Three to five years of experience in a financial sales position, preferably with the affluent client segment.
  • •FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license, and applicable state insurance license.
  • •Knowledge of financial planning, including goals-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and education funding.
  • •Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients and maintain a holistic approach to planning.
