Deliver on-site and virtual education for reimbursement challenges (including recurring Lunch/Dinner presentations) and provide monthly and quarterly reporting. Build relationships with providers and manufacturer representatives, support case management and specialty pharmacy needs, and maintain reimbursement databases in FRM CRM while coordinating travel and site visits.
