Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide frontline technical support for LAN communications systems, VOIP phones, and software applications to ensure uninterrupted communication.
  • •Support and troubleshoot IT technologies including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers/scanners/peripherals, Windows servers, and communication devices (PBX, mobile, VTC, LMR, VoIP).
  • •Administer Active Directory and server configurations, manage software installations, and implement patch management strategies in a secure environment.
  • •Ensure cybersecurity compliance by conducting security assessments and implementing controls aligned to DoD and NIST requirements.
  • •Maintain network documentation and support disaster recovery, vendor management, performance optimization, policy development, and user training.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
  • •Hold at least one certification: CompTIA Security, Cloud + GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
  • •Minimum one year of experience in IT support roles, including LAN communications and cybersecurity.
  • •Strong networking fundamentals and experience supporting devices and systems such as laptops, mobile devices, radios, and VOIP.
  • •Experience managing Active Directory, network monitoring, and network administration tasks (including troubleshooting and patching).
