Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate diligence and underwriting documentation for complex and larger credit relationships, supporting credit presentation and coordination through closing and funding.
  • •Ensure loan agreements align with approval documents by identifying documentation issues and addressing them in consultation with Relationship Managers.
  • •Analyze financial statements and projections to document client performance and identify risks and risk mitigants for the most complex credits.
  • •Ensure credit process metrics are within prescribed tolerances and own risk evaluation and compliance requirements for the assigned portfolio/prospects, including remediation follow-through.
  • •Serve as a client and internal point of contact for the assigned portfolio and support/mentor Credit Delivery Analysts and other Associates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •2–4+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, leveraged, and/or investment banking or a credit-focused environment supporting underwriting and transaction execution.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication to document credit analyses, risks, and recommendations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office for preparing, analyzing, and presenting credit materials, including Excel and PowerPoint with financial modeling and data analysis.
  • •Working knowledge of asset-reliant and cash flow / enterprise value–reliant credit structures, with analytical/problem-solving skills to identify credit risks and mitigants.
