Job Summary

Drive person-centred care as a Registered Nurse in a care home retirement village, taking responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. Run and drive the unit alongside clinical duties, ensure policies and standards meet clinical and CQC requirements, and provide clinical guidance to the care team. Complete assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, monitor safe practices, and coach colleagues through formal and informal training.
