Job Summary

Develop and analyze financial models that support project impact assessments and target valuations for M&A transactions. Conduct deep dives into commercial and financial factors to inform strategic decisions, and contribute to due diligence activities. Review projects for local issues, risks, and legal considerations, and evaluate contract clauses to recommend risk-minimizing terms aligned with customer needs. Present insights directly to the CFO and collaborate with global stakeholders and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and analyze financial models for project financial impacts and M&A target valuations.
•Analyze commercial and financial drivers to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
•Participate in and coordinate due diligence activities to support customer needs and M&A transactions.
•Review projects to keep the team informed of local issues, risks, and legal considerations.
•Review contract clauses in commercial and financial documents and recommend changes to mitigate risk and align with customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
•2 to 4 years of professional experience in corporate finance and/or M&A
•Experience building financial models and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset when working with upper management, colleagues, customers, and financial institutions
•(Preferred) MBA/M.Sc. and/or professional designations (CBV, CPA, CFA) completed or in progress
