Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers with project controls by establishing work scope and strategies, and ensuring adherence to the project control plan and global standards.
  • •Coordinate schedule management: consolidate weekly/monthly project reports, review contractor schedules in Primavera (P6) and/or Microsoft Project, and validate progress measurement and reporting.
  • •Manage cost controls by consolidating weekly/monthly cost reports, hosting contractor cost review meetings, and supporting change-management, claims logging, and budget/fund status updates.
  • •Lead risk and change controls by identifying risks/opportunities, advising on mitigation plans, and ensuring changes are managed and approved via the CMOC process.
  • •Own and develop project control modules within Micron Project Controls System (MPCS): develop/validate/test, train end-users, maintain benchmarking data, and support cost/time simulation and contingency management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent working experience.
  • •Ability to support project control activities across schedule, cost, risk, and document control over the construction project lifecycle.
  • •Experience coordinating with project managers and site stakeholders on planning, baselining, and ongoing project reporting.
  • •Ability to consolidate and review weekly/monthly project reports and contractor progress/schedule information.
  • •Experience using project control tools and platforms for managing project controls data and updates.
