Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for consent/approval and loan modification requests.
  • •Review and interpret loan terms and ancillary provisions in commercial mortgage loan agreements.
  • •Conduct financial statement analysis for borrower entities and collateral properties, including annual property inspections review.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with loan correspondents and external customers; communicate request status and approval timelines.
  • •Partner with Real Estate Portfolio Managers and Legal teams on maturing loans, rate resets, risk mitigation, and default resolution, including loan assumptions and modifications.
