Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflows by reducing manual effort, simplifying data consolidation, and enhancing process visibility.
  • •Develop or support AI/automation solutions including scripts, dashboards, workflow tools, and data templates to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • •Assist product development by translating market needs into technical requirements and linking workflow improvements to engineering execution.
  • •Contribute to the design, testing, and characterization of initial and over-life product performance at the system level, including automating test data analysis and reporting.
  • •Support issue resolution using structured lean problem-solving and digital tools for tracking, follow-up, and knowledge reuse.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related major.
  • •Able to commit to a 5-6 month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
  • •Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, scripting, data analytics, dashboarding, or workflow digitization.
  • •Knowledge or interest in inkjet print systems, printhead integration, reliability testing and statistics, and R&D product life cycle execution.
  • •Ability to collaborate in a team and across different time zones, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
