Provide an elevated in-store consumer experience by advising on looks aligned with current trends and promotions, and supporting Levi’s omnichannel experience through the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, partner with store management on escalations, and manage cash handling and key merchandising/store procedures while complying with Levi’s store standards.
