Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Planning and Scheduling service line, including implementing scheduling best practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • •Mentor and manage planning and scheduling professionals, including resource allocation, performance management, and team growth.
  • •Manage commissions, risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with project controls, governance, and reporting requirements.
  • •Oversee complex integrated schedule delivery and provide scheduling insights to optimize project delivery and client outcomes.
  • •Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, representing the company externally, and supporting bid preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years post-graduate experience in planning and scheduling.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • •A recognized degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • •Asset: AACE, PMI, or RICS qualifications.
  • •Significant experience in scheduling for large-scale and complex projects/programs in the energy sector, including scheduling software knowledge (Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse).
