•Provide operational and strategic leadership to laboratory products under the direction of the Senior Director.
•Participate in budget preparation and monitor revenue, expenses, test volume, and production performance.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal parameters and maintain high standards of quality.
•Lead and manage high-performance teams with accountability for operations, quality, and customer service.
•Draft SOWs and process selected research samples; monitor KPI development and department performance.

Salary: USD 155,800 - 194,700 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA in a STEM-related field; Biological Sciences preferred
•8+ years of experience with at least 5 years overseeing manufacturing or CRO production in a leadership role

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products; strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail
•Experience building and managing a high performing group of employees and working with technical staff at all levels
